COVID-19 Message

Dear Customer:

We trust that you are safe and well.

We wanted to assure you all that the health and well-being of our team and our clients is of paramount importance to us and that we have taken a number of measures to ensure business continuity during the Covid-19 pandemic.  We have taken these measures to comply with government regulations and to ensure that we continue to provide a first-class service to our customers, especially as they may be relying on our services as an online presence and the ability to work remotely, where possible, has become essential.

With this in mind, we wanted to let you know that our sales, admin and account team staff are now working remotely and we continue to operate as normal with no impact to services.

This does NOT affect the parts of the business which are operated 24×7 (e.g. technical support) and you should contact us as normal if you require any technical assistance via the usual methods (phone, ticketing system or email).

Please rest assured that we still have on-site engineer presence on a shift basis (to reduce infection risk) and all aspects of the data centre operations are continuously monitored, both on-site and remotely.

All the Datacentreplus team are still available to take calls and queries and we are still very much operating as normal.

We wish all of our customers and friends good health as we manage through this time together.
